Anyway guys, I would like to recomend a cafe which is a good place for chilling out as well as a place to catch up with your friends. The ambience and food is pretty good :). If you want a quiet environment for catching up, I think it's best to go on weekdays as weekends may be quite busy. Let's take a look at the food here:) Its at the third level of bugis junction, a hongkong cafe , just below food junction!
Look at these cheezy ball, don't they look delicious. It's a savory snack for those who dont wish to indulge in a hearty meal. These deep-fried balls are dip with creamy cheese sauce which is appealing to taste buds!!! It's a must-try snack!
This traditional stocking milk tea is rich in flavor. Its a creative way to keep it cool by placing the cup in a bowl of ice , so that it won't taste diluted after the ice melts.
This is the seafood cream pasta that i ordered. The seafood is really fresh and the cream sauce blends well with the pasta. it's a satisfying main course .
WOW doesn't this look appetizing? This fish cheese baked rice is so yummy . The cream sauce blends well with the rice and makes it so mouthwatering.

We (Sophia, Felicia and Valerie) met up in the afternoon to browse through the flea market @ SCAPE and shopped through cineleisure. It was quite interesting, and things are really quite cheap over there!! Elaine couldn’t meet us cuz she was working at Pandora’s Box- y’know the box box kinda shop. Yea you get it. So…we went to surprise her at Far East with a petit donut! :D
Anyway, we have some good stuff to recommend :)
CHEE CHEONG FUN @ FAR EAST!
Its literally the bessttttt chee cheong fun I’ve had in my life (which is actually quite short), okay the Tung Lok one is also quite awesome but yes, this is much much much much cheaper ^^
Then, we went to the actual birthday celebration at 7pm. Partyworld KTVVVV. Yes, singing! So the stipulated theme for the birthday bash was to wear pink(which everyone forgot ._.) and to sing at least one Lee Hom song. Cuz Felicia loves Lee Hom. So yesss, since we were the first to get into the room, well everyone was a lil’ late. So Sophia and me started choosing which Lee Hom song to sing! HAHHAA the advantages of being early. So we kinda blasted the whole room with our singing etc etc.
Guests for the partayyee: Giant Stars 2011 contestants- cuz basically Felicia was one of them too ^^ and a few music school friends :]
So we met all the shuai guys and pretty girls WHO CAN SING! Omg, they ARE talented. Check out their competition videos on youtube
Spot Felicia! :D Anyway, the whole show comprises of 2 episodes only, the most interesting parts are saved for the last -hintsss- and yes! We're happy to make more friends :D
Anyway, we enjoyed the night of singing and everything, but got quite offended by the lousy attitudes of the service staff at the ktv (we went to the Orchard branch). Basically once we stepped in, the personnel at the counter was not very friendly and spoke in a super small voice. We went for the 3 hour session and the system was quite bad in the sense that they actually came in to collect money like 1 hour+ before the whole session ended.
Which we actually didn't mind, but the thing is the staff who came in to give us the bill had a really really really sucky attitude and black face. Not a very nice thing since we were all in rather high spirits huh! So, the lousy service for the night at the ktv generally made us slightly unhappy~
BUT, since we're happy kids :D:D:D:D
We decided to not get all picky about everything. But in any case, we'd not be going to that branch for ktv anytime soon :/
